Nobody’s perfect but consistently good service prevails

Something we’ve noticed about Lookaly reviews is that no business is perfect. No matter how good your service is there will always be people who have a bad experience based on one thing or another.
Don’t worry about poor reviews
If your business provides a consistently good service, it will prevail in the long run. Every good review will cancel out a bad review.
- Take the feedback on the chin
- Keep providing a good service
- Make your customers aware of Lookaly
- Ask your customers to write a fair review of your service on Lookaly
When we launched Lookaly every business started at the same level – no reviews with an average rating of zero. Over the past year we have seen the cream of the crop rise up above the rest.
